Origin story.

Founded in 1980, this is TOWER.

We are a family-run indie retailer based at the centre of London's growing and engaging footwear community - honing in a signature stylistic direction to stand out against the masses.

Playing host to three locations spread across the capital and Shoreditch headquarters, we’ve has built a noteworthy reputation over 40 years as a team bursting with creative ideas and credible heritage, whilst supporting local area in aid of charitable causes.

Causes.

  • With a healthy and thriving community, comes a host of responsibilities that we hold dear.

  • We’re not quiet about the values held closest to us - in fact, it’s these causes that we shout the loudest about.

  • We celebrate progression, because it deserves to be spoken about, not because we have to.

On 29th May 2022, TOWER joined forces with Dr. Martens as members of London's footwear community, influential advocates for Men’s Mental Health, Jason Markk, a host of industry experts and local food-spots came together in raising money for IFUCARESHARE foundation.

TOWER opened our doors to a host of key players in London’s LGTBQ+ Creative Community as they executed an editorial that captured exactly what it means to them to be Queer and Diverse within modern creative spaces. All of this whilst celebrating 50 years of PRIDE events across the UK.
