USA

TOWER London offers Fast Tracked Delivery to the USA mainland. Our shipping charge per order includes all applicable costs, with no additional taxes or duties.

All US orders are subject to our standard delivery charge of $25 per order.

We aim to process orders on the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm or during the weekend may be processed on the next working day.

Please allow 7-10 working days from the date of purchase for your order to be processed and delivered. There may be slight delays due to increased order volumes, COVID-related restrictions, or public holidays.

TOWER London reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Your order may be delivered between 7am and 9pm, and a signature may be required upon receipt.

If you are unavailable to accept your parcel, the carrier will return it to the local depot and leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection.

INTERNATIONAL

Our international delivery services are available to most countries worldwide.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout once the delivery destination and service option have been selected. Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on its size and weight.

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are applied once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. As customs policies vary widely by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Once your parcel arrives in your country, it will be handed over to the local postal service according to standard delivery procedures. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect your parcel.
